Lunch and Learn: ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) & U.S. Export Controls Discussion
US Export Controls Discussion
Doing business overseas can seem like a daunting task as you attempt to meet the many regulations that govern the products or technology you export. The WTC Denver will provide an overview of the types of controls and procedural requirements which the US government imposes on US exports and certain other export-related activities and parties. This talk will provide a foundation for further study into more specific US export topics (e.g. US export licensing, export clearance responsibilities and procedures and freight forwarder export compliance issues).
