EMPLOYEE AWARENESS TRAINING
Some basic cybersecurity topics that you may want to consider for employee awareness training:
recognizing phishing attacks
understanding the risks associated with the use of social media
keeping your systems clean by installing patches and using the latest versions of software; and avoiding public Wi-Fi when using mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets
Having your employees understand these cybersecurity issues and how to address them in the workplace could potentially save your business. Your employees are your first line of defense in protecting your business against cyber-attacks! We invite you to attend the event on December 12th to learn more.
NIST 800-171 STANDARDS FOR CONTRACTORS
Are you currently a supplier to the defense sector? Is your organization considering manufacturing products or components for the DoD or DoD contractors? Are you aware of the NIST 800-171 Standard requiring all contractors to have two basic cybersecurity components in place by December 31, 2017? If not, this event is just for you.
See Pat Toth’s recent blog post for more information about these topics.

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)
Create a great offer by adding words like “free” “personalized” “complimentary” or “customized.” A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like “for a limited time only” or “only 7 remaining!”
