NoCo Manufacturing Partnership Members,
Welcome to the June e-newsletter. The partnership continues to work diligently to support manufacturing across the region as we celebrate our 5 year anniversary! Join us in July to celebrate at our All Member meeting July 12th at EWI in Loveland. More details in the upcoming events section of the newsletter.
In May Darren Pape and Julie Cila of Wolf Robotics hosted an Insite Tour where over 15 members were able to see manufactured robotics integrated solutions. Thank you the entire Wolf Robotics team for a great tour! The Work Based Learning Lunch and Learn on May 8th boasted an incredible turn out of over 25 attendees! Speakers Renise Walker and Sandra Jackam shared some work based techniques adopted throughout the industry and regional company successes. Event photos can be found on our Facebook page.

Our goal is for our members to have an improved user experience, with easier to use event calendar, a new news feed page, simpler pages and more! Each Career Road Trip tours local businesses for an opportunity to see behind the scenes of emerging industries and careers. The tour dates are Wednesday, June 6 and Thursday, June 14. Congratulations to Up-A-Creek Robotics for winning Industrial Design Award
Up-A-Creek Robotics, a high school FIRST® Robotics Competition team supported by FRCC, came in third and won the Industrial Design Award (sponsored by General Motors) when they competed against 400 other teams from all over the world at the FIRST® Championship in Houston. Up-A-Creek qualified for the international competition when they passed the regional competition along with the Fort Collins Highlanders. Congratulations to all the students and faculty that worked hard to elevate creativity and manufacturing.
