No Follow-Through= Failure
Underneath all the information coming at us every day are things that don’t demand our attention yet impact our results. It’s the company’s growth strategy. Your growth strategy is always there, and it’s up to you to use it. There are three ways to leverage time and tasks to achieve your growth strategy:
• Determine what information is vital to know the vitality of our business;
• Discern what opportunities are the right opportunities right now (and later); and
• Protect your time and maximize what you do with it.
The knowledge required to understand where your business is going, who are current and future competitors are, as well as how you work together as a team to prioritize action. How that information overlays with the way you work together to engage your growth strategy, there is follow through and forward progress. There is growth.
