NOCOM

The NOCO Manufacturing Partnership is an alliance of manufacturing industry leaders who are passionate about making things and making things happen. We are nerdy about all things manufacturing and proudly believe that manufacturing businesses are a vital backbone of our Colorado economy.

What We Do

Manufacturers join NOCOM to identify and work to solve the larger regional challenges impacting the manufacturing sector that are too big for any one company to tackle on its own.  The Partnership brings industry professionals to the table alongside dedicated partners in education, workforce development, and economic development to:

  • Build Workforce Solutions: Encouraging and developing the manufacturing industry’s next generation of workers through career awareness tours, internships, curriculum development, and partnerships with educators
  • Strengthen Supply Chain Connections: Growing connections among OEMs, regional supply chain companies and advanced manufacturing companies by hosting tours, networking events, and the largest manufacturing trade show in the state of Colorado, the NOCOM Rocky Mountain Advanced Manufacturing Expo.
  • Create a thriving environment for manufacturing in Colorado. Through its website, newsletter, education events, and roundtables, NOCOM drives a passionate and collaborative partnership of manufacturers who share best practices and work on common issues.

Mission

NOCO Manufacturing Partnership’s mission is to strengthen Northern Colorado manufacturing by driving a passionate, collaborative partnership so that our communities thrive.

History

Founded in 2013, the NoCo Manufacturing Partnership is one of the longest standing and most active Sector Partnerships in the nation. NOCOM has members representing over 400 companies and public partners.

Though activities are focused in Weld County and Larimer County in Colorado, NOCOM’s members include companies from across Colorado and surrounding states.

A small army of dedicated volunteers keep the work of the NoCo Manufacturing Partnership moving forward. Funding for the Partnership comes from grants, donations, and the proceeds of the NOCOM Rocky Mountain Advanced Manufacturing Expo.
