Ken will be presenting an overview of the EOS® Model, a business operating system introduced to the entrepreneurial business community by Gino Wickman in the book Traction. Attendees will be given an introduction to the Six Key Components of any business that must be managed and strengthen to become a great company and the simple tools to do so, including



  • How to align the leadership team around a Vision using a simple business planning tool called the Vision/Traction Organizer.

  • The EOS approach to Right Person Right Seat – getting the people into your organization who live your culture and fit their role.

  • How to run a powerful “L10” meeting to ensure the company is executing to the vision.


Bio:
Ken is a Leadership Team Coach and Professional EOS Implementer™. His passion is partnering with entrepreneurs, owners and CEOs to help them build the company they desire.


Ken began his 30+ year career at Hewlett-Packard where he was trained in industry-best process improvement, management and leadership practices. He led and helped grow a $250M manufacturing operation and led several intrapreneurial startups including Rewritable DVDs.


During the last 14 years Ken has been an entrepreneur, starting his own company and as CEO leading three other entrepreneurial companies through the changes required for successful transition events, including implementing an ESOP. Having worked in multiple industries and business situations, Ken intimately understands the many challenges that face entrepreneurs who are trying to get traction and grow their businesses. Both his intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial experiences revealed to him his true passion and mark of success – enabling leadership teams to become masterful in building great businesses and leading their organizations! Ken approaches partnering with entrepreneurs from a servant leadership mindset.


He is committed to giving back to the local communities he lives in. He co-founded and served as the President of CHAMP, a Fort Collins based NPO dedicated to bringing character to youth athletics, and by serving in leadership positions in the Boy Scouts of America and on church boards.
