Every business leader knows the importance of having the right people in the right positions. These “key employees” help keep your company on track and growing. Key employees are especially important if you are a business owner who will one day retire or sell your company. A large portion of your successful exit depends on key employees. If you already have these exceptional people on your team, how do you keep them? If you need to fill key roles, how do you find and add great talent to your business? Join us to hear Bob Zarlengo share some insight and strategy into finding and keeping the right people in the right seats. This presentation will be especially beneficial for business owners.

Robert (Bob) Zarlengo has more than four decades of experience in public accounting and is passionate about helping business owners achieve their exit strategy objectives. His expertise in financial reporting, income and estate planning, and tax compliance makes him a valued and trusted advisor to the clients he serves. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and Arizona, Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Exit Planner, and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation credential. He has presented to various trade associations and other business groups at meetings, retreats and conferences.
