CareerRise | Summer High School Internship Program

High school students are placed with local manufacturers for 250 hours of paid internship experience. This highly successful program gives students an opportunity to increase their skills, explore career options and gain exposure to the industry. CareerRise is administered through Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD).

Regional Advisory

Each spring, NOCOM facilitates a Regional Advisory event for manufacturing employers to directly shape the curriculum in our region’s education and training program.  Manufacturers inform educators and curriculum developers from K-12, CTE and post-secondary education programs about the skills, qualifications and job types they need now and will need in the future.
