NoCo Mfg Partnership 2018 Annual Report
The NoCo Mfg Partnership Board, Rocks!, Networks and NOCOM Committees are pleased to present the following annual report which outlines the initiatives that the partnership has been working on, the continued growth and the data that supports the activities. Thank you to all the volunteers and financial supporters that have made these efforts possible!
Are you thinking about making a year-end charitable contribution this year? Your donation to the NoCo Manufacturing Partnership will support your industry through programs that have introduced manufacturing careers to over 1,000 high school students, paid for dozens of student internships, and provided networking and learning opportunities at industry events.  Over the past five years, the Partnership has realized many worthwhile accomplishments, however, these efforts are not sustainable without your support. Please consider NoCo Manufacturing Partnership in your 2018 giving strategy.
Donations and sponsorships are tax deductible. You will receive a thank you letter from the board, a tax donation letter and a W9 from our fiduciary Larimer County Board of County Commissioners for your records. As a financial supporter we will be included in the end of year thank you email which is sent to the entire membership in December.

You think you were getting a lion – someone who will thrive and collaborate with the team. But instead, you hired a platypus who wants to be alone, away from everyone and handle things on their own.
During this workshop you’ll learn…
  • How to hire the right person for your team
  •  Tactical strategies for hiring including:
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Background and drug screening
  • Designing the perfect first 90 days for employee success.
