Northern Colorado Manufacturing Leaders Hire Executive Director
Decision affirms significant momentum of business-led group
Loveland, Colorado — The Northern Colorado (NoCo) Manufacturing Partnership Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Christine Juker will be its first Executive Director.
“With Christine’s support as our Administrative Assistant, she has worked tirelessly to grow the membership of the partnership and make NOCOM the largest manufacturing tradeshow in Colorado and the go-to tradeshow in the Rocky Mountain region,” said Heidi Hostetter, NoCo Manufacturing Partnership Board Chair.
Juker played a key role in identifying partnership goals while monitoring metrics and execution in a timely and high quality fashion. These growth goals include partnership awareness and engagement, future workforce programs, NOCOM, funding and legislative education.
“It’s an honor to be able to work with a group of manufacturing experts who not only have the business expertise, but also the desire to contribute to our Northern Colorado community by opening up their doors to students and offering apprenticeships,” said Juker. “It is amazing to see how this grassroots organization has rapidly grown to become a key contributor to Colorado’s economy. The Board and members practice the ‘give first’ values of the Colorado business community.”
About Northern Colorado Manufacturing Partnership
The Northern Colorado (NoCo) Manufacturing Partnership was formed in 2013 as a result of former Governor Hickenlooper’s Colorado Blueprint statewide economic development plan. It is a business-led, membership organization designed to support Northern Colorado manufacturers. It is served by a Board of Directors, representing each affiliation from private business to local government, as well as two active committees: Networking and Manufacturing Talent/Rocks!
Since its inception, NoCo has organized the annual NOCOM, the largest manufacturing trade show in Colorado. Manufacturers and supply-chain partners showcase their innovative offerings, network, and create new and further develop business relationships. Over 70% of the exhibitors reported that they have gained business from the show.
